Refund And Return Policy
Since all handcrafted and personalized necklaces are uniquely designed to an individual's specifications, these pieces normally cannot be sold to other clients if returned. It is therefore imperative that you get to ensure that all details contained in your order are correct before being scheduled for shipping. Make sure that the spellings for names that need to be engraved are correct as well as the color,dimensions and any other details regarding your order. To get the best quality, please send us the high quality images.
REFUND AND RETURN POLICY:
- If there is any changes to be made to your order (For example: photo, name, color or size), we would gladly to help you change it as long as the production process has not begin. Kindly contact us immediately, best within 24 hour if you wish to do any changes to your order. We will start to process your order using the detail provided from the “order note” with 24 hour of the order created.
- We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
- The customer is responsible of contacting us within 7 days of delivery regarding any issues with their orders such as the item being damaged goods/ faulty goods due to seller mistake, we will fully refund to you or resend a new Product for you as a compensation.
- If you did not receive your parcel after the guaranteed period of 60 days, kindly submit a support ticket to Customer Care for us to follow up with your case. At Allow Ice, we have 100% Guarantee Receive Policy that will cover you, ensure you will receive your goods within the period of 60 days.
- If you received damaged goods/ faulty goods due to seller mistake, we will fully refund to you or resend a new Product for you as a compensation.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
- Once your order has been submitted we will immediately begin production on the personalized items. If you would like to cancel or change your purchase, it is free within 24 hours. Please note that on all canceled or changed orders(after 24 hours) of personalized items there is a 30% restocking fee.
